1: What scenarios are different storage rack systems (such as Shuttle Racking, Beam Pallet Racking, etc.) suitable for?
Shuttle Racking System: Suitable for high-density storage and large quantities of goods of the same category (such as food and fast-moving consumer goods), supporting first-in-first-out (FIFO) or first-in-last-out (FILO) mode.
Beam 托盘式货架: Highly versatile, suitable for warehouses operated by mechanical handling equipment (such as forklifts), with a load-bearing capacity of up to 4500kg/layer, suitable for palletized storage.
Mezzanine Racking: Use vertical space to build a platform, suitable for storing light and small goods (such as electronic components and documents), and support customized layered design.

2.How to choose the type of shelf according to warehouse conditions (such as area, height, and ground load-bearing capacity)?
The following factors need to be comprehensively evaluated:
Warehouse height: High-level shelves (such as Drive-In Racking) are suitable for warehouses with a height of more than 10 meters to maximize space utilization.
Ground load-bearing capacity: Heavy-duty shelves (such as Double Deep Racking) must ensure that the ground strength is ≥3 tons/square meter and reinforced when necessary.
Operation equipment restrictions: Narrow Aisle Racking requires a special forklift, and the aisle width can be compressed to 1.5-2 meters.
3.How is the load-bearing capacity of the shelf graded? Does it support non-standard customization?
Load-bearing classification:
Light shelves: 100-500kg/layer (suitable for documents and small items)
Medium shelves: 500-2000kg/layer (suitable for manufacturing parts)
Heavy shelves: 2000-4500kg/layer (palletized storage scenario)
Customization service: Support customization according to cargo size (length/width/height), access frequency, and warehouse layout, for example:
Adjust the height of the beam (50mm interval)
Modular design (such as Modular Racking System) can be flexibly expanded.
4.What are the standards for shelf materials and surface treatment processes?
Material: Cold-rolled steel plate (Q235B or higher strength steel), column thickness ≥1.5mm, beam thickness ≥1.2mm.
Process: pickling and phosphating + electrostatic spraying (rust-proof, anti-static), coating thickness ≥60μm, in line with ISO 9001 quality standards.

5.What preparations are needed for shelf installation?
Site requirements:
Ground flatness error ≤5mm/2m, slope ≤2%
Fire passage reserved ≥1.2 meters, emergency exit barrier-free.
Environmental adaptability:
Humidity control (≤70%), dust prevention measures (especially for storage of precision parts)
Special environments (such as cold storage) require the use of low-temperature resistant steel (-30℃).
6: What matters need to be paid attention to in daily maintenance?
Regular inspection:
Check the tightness of bolts and deformation of beams every month (allowable error ≤1‰)
Carry out load tests every year to ensure structural stability.
Operation specifications:
Avoid hitting the columns when the forklift is operating, and set up anti-collision guardrails
The stacking height of goods does not exceed the design load line of the shelf.
