Can I visit your factory?

Yes, we warmly welcome factory visits and audits. We can arrange transport from the nearest airport and provide a full tour of production, QC and finished-goods areas. We also offer live video factory tours for clients who cannot travel.

What certifications does your company hold?

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and our products are CE marked and SGS tested. Racking designs comply with FEM, AS4084 and RMI/ANSI MH16.1 standards on request.

Which countries do you export to?

We export to 30+ countries including Germany, the USA, UK, France, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Singapore and across Southeast Asia, with professional export packing and door-to-port logistics from Xiamen and Shenzhen.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for pallet racking?

Our minimum order starts from one full container load (roughly 10–15 tons of racking). For stocking distributors we offer lower MOQs and volume pricing tiers. Mixed container loads combining selective, cantilever and mezzanine components are welcome, so you only pay for the racking you actually need.

Do you provide a free 3D warehouse layout and load calculations?

Yes. Send us your warehouse dimensions, pallet size, weight and forklift type, and our engineers return a free 3D CAD layout, rack elevations, load tables and a sealed calculation within 24 hours — no obligation and no charge.

What steel grade and load capacity do your racking systems use?

We build with Q235 and Q345 (S355 equivalent) cold-rolled steel, hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated. Standard selective beams carry 2,000–4,000 kg per pair and uprights are engineered to FEM 10.2.02; we size every system to your actual load, not a generic catalogue number.

How long is the production lead time for a full racking project?

Typical lead time is 20–30 days for standard selective racking after deposit, and 35–45 days for engineered systems such as drive-in, shuttle or mezzanine. We schedule production against your container and share a real-time build photo update before shipment.

Can you customize racking to fit my pallet size and forklift?

Absolutely. We design around your exact pallet footprint, load, aisle width and forklift reach — including narrow-aisle, VNA and double-deep configurations. Non-standard sizes, perforated decks, mesh shelving and anti-corrosion coatings are all standard options for us.

Do you handle export packing, shipping and customs clearance?

Yes. We supply seaworthy export packing (air-bag, corner protectors, IPPC-stamped timber), book FCL or LCL freight from Xiamen or Shenzhen, and provide commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. We can arrange DAP or CIF to your port and assist with destination customs.

What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?

All Geely Racks systems carry a 12-year structural warranty. We keep your project drawings on file for life, ship free replacement parts for any manufacturing defect, and our engineers stay reachable on WhatsApp for any on-site installation question — long after the container arrives.

How do you ensure racking compliance with my country's standards (FEM / AS4084 / RMI)?

We design to the standard your market requires: FEM 10.2.02 for Europe, AS4084 for Australia, RMI/ANSI MH16.1 for the USA. Compliance documentation, load plaques and calculation reports are supplied with every order so your racking passes local inspection.

How do I choose the right pallet racking type for my warehouse?

Start with three numbers: your SKU count, storage density needed, and handling method (FIFO or LIFO). Selective racking gives direct access to every pallet for diverse SKUs; drive-in and push-back maximize density for repeat items; cantilever handles long loads; mezzanine doubles floor-to-ceiling height. How many pallet positions fit in a 40-foot container?

It depends on the racking type and bay height. As a rule of thumb a 40HQ holds roughly 200-260 selective pallet positions, fewer for engineered systems such as drive-in or mezzanine. What does your 12-year structural warranty cover?
