How do you choose the right racking for my product?
We start from your SKU profile, throughput and building dimensions. Slow-moving bulk goes to drive-in or shuttle for density; fast-pick lines use selective or carton flow. Our engineers send a free 3D layout with load calculations so you can compare options before committing.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is flexible. A standard container mix starts around one 20ft or 40ft container of racking, but we also handle pilot batches for new facilities and scale up as you grow.
Can you customize for my industry, e.g. cold storage?
Yes. Cold-storage projects use galvanized or powder-coated steel rated to -25°C; food and beverage lines use hygiene-friendly finishes and carton-flow picking. Every design complies with FEM, AS4084 or ANSI MH16.1 on request.
How long is the lead time?
Typical production lead time is 3-5 weeks after drawing approval, plus ocean shipping. Rush or partial shipments can be arranged for phased rollouts.
Do you provide layout drawings and load calcs?
Always. Every project includes a free 3D layout, section drawings and FEM-compliant load calculations signed by our engineering team.
Can I see a reference project like mine?
Yes — tell us your industry and region and we will share the closest reference case (under NDA if needed) plus photos and the measured results.
Do you handle export packing and shipping?
Yes. We crate, brace and mark every rack component for ocean freight, provide HS codes and commercial invoice support, and ship FOB or CIF to your port.
What documents come with the system?
Every order ships with installation drawings, assembly instructions, packing lists, signed load calculations and mill certificates. Third-party SGS or CE inspection reports are available on request.
Can the racking be designed for seismic zones?
Yes. We can design to seismic load combinations, add base plates, anchor layouts, column guards and rack protectors, and mark load capacities on every frame.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit before production, 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C for larger orders. All quotes are factory-direct with no trader markup.
